Shoe sizes in Korea are measured in terms of millimeters (mm). If you are unsure of what sizes to get, do refer to this chart here. It might be a good idea to take measurements of your existing footwear as a comparison.

FYI: I am usually a size 6/37. I bought a pair of shoes at size 240 and it fits just right. For those who prefer to have more allowance, you might want to consider getting a size bigger. Just sharing my personal experience here, to be used as a reference only.
