Terms and Conditions



  • No payment = No order

  • Once orders have been made, no cancellations or changing of orders will be allowed.

  • All orders are to be submitted according to the format given. Incomplete orders will not be entertained.

  • For items that are out of stock (OOS), payment will be refunded once the other items have arrived.

  • Sonnenblume will not be responsible for any mistakes on the sellers' part eg. wrong items, colour, size, defects or lost mail. However, please be assured that we will double-check everything before ordering. Kindly opt for registered mail if you are worried about lost mails.

  • Updates will mainly be done via our website. Do check back regularly for updates on your orders.

  • Sonnenblume reserves the right to cancel any spree due to poor response or unforseen circumstances. Should this happen, all payment made will be refunded.

  • Any late payment will not be accepted and the order will not be taken.

  • All items are to be collected within 30 days of arrival.

  • Once an order is made, you are deemed to have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Do not join our spree if
  1. You do not agree to any of the above terms and conditions.
  2. You need the items urgently or are unable to wait. Items typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the respective merchants.
